Name: Nylessa
Drakeley.
Age: 19
Height: 5'
6"
Weight: 127lb
Position in
team: Don't play hockey. Part-time thief.
Appearance: Have
shoulder length red hair, dark eyes, and white feathers.
Attire: A short,
sleeveless, plain brown dress; soft, black leather knee-high boots, and a black
cloth belt.
Weapons: A silver dagger, and a bronze-hilt Duck
Saber.
Likes: Jewellery, [and jewels!], annoying Duke,
triple spicy tacos, writing, and Nosedive! ;)
Dislikes: Saurians, the police and the army,
Klegghorn, Mallory, being "too conspicuous", and seafood.
Good
Points: Being a thief, my skills come
in useful when fighting the Saurians. I
have a sense of humour almost equalling Nosedive's, (that's a *good* point; I
hear you ask), and I can sweet-talk Phil out of almost any deal. ;)
Bad Points: I *am* a thief, so I can't help stealing
things on occasion. And I have a love
for jewellery, to the point where I might just take it. I also can't help
flirting on occasion... ;)
History *long*:
My parents' assumingly died in a crash when I was eleven, and I was sent to
live with my rather pompous aunt who lived on a rich estate complete with
mansion and lake. She was rather absent-minded about me, sometimes it was as if
I wasn't even there, so one day I just packed up and left. I was alone on the
Puckworld streets for two days, before a gang of youths picked me up and made
me one of them. We got into fights, stole things, smashed other things up, the
usual gang routine, until some of the tougher guys tried to mug some harmless
looking bloke in an alley. He turned out to be a thief from the
Brotherhood-of-the-Blade, and he almost killed those punks. I took a fancy to
the idea of an organised crime ring, and I set about finding out how to join. I
took to following someone whom I guessed was a young rookie thief of the
Brotherhood, but I 'botched up' his mission one time and almost got him killed.
I had to save his life there, but he wasn't very grateful. He did, however,
introduce me to the Brotherhood. I was surprised to learn there that I wasn't
the sole member of my family left. My father had not, in fact, been in the
crash. He had just learned himself that I had an older half-sister from an
earlier affair. When my mother was killed, he went into hiding out of shame.
And then my half-sisters' mother died, and he was left to look after his
daughter. She was called Enya Blackfeather. And she later joined the
Brotherhood too. I had a sister! After meeting her, I found that she was a full
member of the Brotherhood, and so, mainly to try and make her feel I wasn't a
useless person to have as a sister, I plunged into the examinations with a
fury, and passed in a record time of two years. Duke L'Orange himself directed
me on my final exam, which involved going out and stealing some things from the
Puckworld Museum of Natural History. I developed a bit of a crush on the
dashing young man, I will admit. When the Saurians came, my father was among
the first who were killed. Enya and I, now very good friends as well as family,
took a little revenge trip to the nearest Saurian outpost. It just so happened
that Dragaunus himself was there, unfortunately. My sister took him on to buy
me some time to get out. She died there. I came back to the Brotherhood, and
would have been expelled, if it hadn't been for the fact that I had stolen some
pretty rare artifacts. Among them, what I *didn't* show to the Council, was a
Saurian Teleporter. And this was what I later used to get off Puckworld to
escape the wrath of some policeducks I had seriously enfuriated. Phrase
Overheard: "Don't worry, I'm not big on buying."
