            He is the unfortunate victim of a vortex opened on Khiltara, his home planet

where he was a highly-respected King and archmage. His full title is His

Royal Majesty King Quantrillo Jacquin Mustaf XXIII, but he preferred to leave

ruling and formalities to his clerks and stewards so he can concentrate on

furthering his enchantment abilities and having a good time. Upon landing on

Earth (face first), he scrapped his formal title, knowing he would never

return to his home planet, and took a nickname given to him by

friends—Quacker Jax the Magnificent. He established a home for himself in a

cave, carrying only his spellbook and his Magic Wand, and managed to buy a

computer with his meager supply of gold coins at a nearby store. He meets the

Ducks by helping them out of a jam against the bounty hunters, and quickly

falls in love with Tanya.
