Commander Xenon and Emperor Xyloid

The softspoken beauracrat Emperor Xyloid is the Yeti-like ruler of a faraway ice planet. His overacting underling is Commander Xenon, who takes everything the Emperor says, and repeats in a far more dramatic light. The two landed on Earth in an icy spaceship, sporting a weather machine and planning to freeze the planet solid in order to take it over. Their impressive arsenal included everything from ice robots to ice tanks. But Dragaunus intervened even before the Ducks could, stealing the weather machine and using it to heat the planet into a reptile's paradise. With a little help from Xenon and Xyloid, the Ducks reclaimed the weather machine, and sent the two invaders home by force.

Status: Defeated. Before they left, Emperor Xyloid was made to promise that he would never again attempt an invasion of Earth.
